Celebrating Walkerton At Firehouse Tap

The Firehouse Tap was built way back in the 1880's and is probably one of the oldest continuous bars in St. Joseph County? Once, Hank's Bar, Szady's, Depot Pub, and Out Of Bounds, it has a long history as a tavern. It is a historic monument to taking a break after a long day at work, playing darts, billiards, or listening to good music.

It is today, the place to meet up with friends, have a good cocktail, or throw back a brew. Owner, Steve Cox, really has a good place to hang out and visit. Firehouse Tap is open 7 days a week. Sunday -Thursday 1:30 pm to 1:30 am and Friday & Saturday 1pm to 3 am. Their "everyday specials" are $3 mixed drinks and shots $2 bottles and $1 drafts. Overall, they have the cheapest prices around!

Firehouse Tap is located at 622 Roosevelt Rd. in DT Walkerton.
