Haunted Maze Wins Potato Creek State Park Campground Halloween Contest

They did it for the spirit of Halloween. The contestants vied for a free pass to all Indiana State Parks. The Potato Creek State Park campground was the site today where campers got lots and had to wait with 6 months in advance reservations.



The popular State Park usually has a waiting list to get a campsite. These contestants decorated their sites from Harry Potter to Frankenstein themes.


The overall Winner was site 277 with their "graveyard themed" decorations. They created a walk-through haunted maze and won the annual pass.










The most Fall themed winner was site 160 with their "Harry Potter" concept site where the contestants dressed as clocks and wore Hogwarts attire. They passed out candy from The Monster Book Of Monsters.



The Frankenstein lot won 3rd place.
