Tim Harman took a moment today from his busy restaurant schedule to talk with The Walkerton Page about his expansion. He has been known throughout the area since he started making his pizzas in nearby Argos about the year 2000. His love affair with restaurants and franchising has inspired him to grow as an entrepreneur.

He began with experimenting on recipes at "Piazza" there for a few years. Tim saw Argos grow, then opened a "Subway" to test out the market for deli style sandwiches in the quaint atmosphere of that busy town center.
His next project by 2006 was to open his first Bourbon Street Pizza named after the Town of Bourbon where it first began. Here, Tim Harman has continued to perfect the Bourbon Street Pizza product line and services to include carry-out, dine-in, delivery and on-line ordering.
The newest Bourbon Street Pizza will be it's 9th address located at 608 Roosevelt Rd. in downtown Walkerton. They will be open for dine-in customers 7 nights a week.
Today, the Walkerton location at 608 Roosevelt will be their 9th "Bourbon Street Pizza" in northern Indiana! Tim has saw to it that the brand he began in Bourbon would take off to places like Mentone, Argos, Nappanee, Bremen, South Bend, Plymouth, Culver, and North Webster. He is now in the business of franchising and has enabled 2 of those locations with his Bourbon Street brand.
The historic Walkerton space will be renovated and the facade carefully restored with period paint colors. Harman said, they will be hiring 15 employees. The dining area will seat 40. He looks forward to providing an all new interior open 7 nights a week.

Bourbon Street Pizza is a favorite for Supreme Pizza lovers who enjoy pepperoni and sausage with the works but, they also, are popular with their cold toppings like chicken, bacon, ranch, or taco pizza! Bourbon Street Pizza only uses the freshest possible ingredients including authentic Italian "Grande Cheese" from Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. They are Tim's favorite cheese company for his Italian recipe's. He said, "only the best!"
You can expect to sit down, enjoy a salad, hot wings, breadsticks, pasta, pizza, and hopefully, soon - sandwiches? Bourbon Street is experimenting with the idea to expand their menu! You can also, expect to see Bourbon Street sponsoring the Walkerton community through youth programs, and after school.
